01Who we are

InstaDaleel is a free, searchable directory of small businesses across the GCC that were born and grew up on Instagram — home kitchens, ateliers, studios, and shops. We help customers discover them; we are not a marketplace and we do not sell anything on their behalf.

02Listings are informational

Every listing is provided for information and discovery only. We are not a party to any purchase, booking, or other dealing between you and a listed business, and we do not endorse, certify, or guarantee any business that appears in the directory.

Details such as prices, availability, licensing, and contact information can change at any time. Always confirm the important things directly with the business before you buy.

03Where listing data comes from

Business information in the directory is compiled from two sources: publicly available Instagram profiles, and submissions made by our community and by business owners themselves.

We review submissions before they are published, but we cannot warrant that every detail is accurate, complete, or up to date. Listings are provided "as is".

04Your account

Signing in uses a passwordless magic link sent to your email address. You are responsible for keeping access to that mailbox secure, and for any activity that happens through your account. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms.

05Submitting and claiming listings

When you submit a business or claim an existing listing, you promise that:

• the information you provide is accurate and not misleading;
• you have the right to share it — it is your own business, or public information you may lawfully submit;
• you will not claim a business that is not yours.

By submitting content you grant InstaDaleel a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display it in the directory. We may edit, decline, or remove any submission at our discretion.

06Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• scrape, harvest, or bulk-download directory data, or access the service by automated means other than ordinary search-engine indexing;
• impersonate a business or another person, or submit false ownership claims;
• upload unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content;
• probe, disrupt, or attempt to bypass the security of the service;
• use the directory for any purpose that violates the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

07Intellectual property

The InstaDaleel name, logo, design, and the compilation of the directory belong to us. Business names, logos, and trademarks shown in listings belong to their respective owners and appear for identification only.

"Instagram" is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc. InstaDaleel is an independent directory and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram or Meta in any way.

08Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, InstaDaleel is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, for the outcome of any dealing with a listed business, or for inaccuracies in listing information. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under UAE law.

09Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page shows the current version, and continuing to use InstaDaleel after a change means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes will be highlighted on the site.

10Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi.
